supply of m/s. kcpl make chiller(type peh-100) motor ht (6.6kv) terminal box which contains following in each terminal box, 1.chiller motor terminal box with explosion vent,phase separator,nitrile thermal insulation with minimum 12mm thickness, cable entry holes for 3 x 150 sq mm al xlpe cable and ct cable.terminal box shall withstand short circuit forces as per applicable standard.provision of silica gel breather to avoid condensation in terminal box and puff insulation from back side of the terminal box. 2. ht terminal studs alongwith o ring for refrigerent sealing and hardware required for motor and power cable connections -6 nos 3. star point shorting copper strips-1 nos 4. ct toroideal- tape wound for chiller microtek input- 100/0.2 amp,cl-1.0, 6.6 kv,5va -1 nos (3 nos) 2. removal of existing stud, terminal box ,motor/cable disconnetion and installation of new stud /terminal box supplied as per item no.1.its connection with motor, star point and cable end.
