planning, design, engineering, construction, fabrication, erection, supply, installation, testing, trial run and commissioning of integrated coal handling plant (7.5 mty), sub-station (2x6.3mva, 33/6.6kv) & 6.6kv ohtl at kdh & purnadih ocp consisting of all civil, structural, electrical and mechanical works and all other accessories and facilities required to make it complete in all respects on turnkey basis and operation & maintenance of plant for five years.
